Dietary information is treated as personal lifestyle data, not medical data. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice.

• To match you with compatible users based on food and lifestyle compatibility
• To provide and improve our services
• To send you notifications about matches and messages
• To enforce our Terms of Service and keep the community safe

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your profile is visible to other registered users. Your exact location is never stored or displayed — only your city.

4. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings, or by emailing privacy@dateyourdiet.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

5. Photos and Content Moderation

Profile photos are reviewed before being displayed. We use automated tools to detect inappropriate content, followed by human review where needed. Do not upload photos of others without consent.

6. Age Requirement

Date Your Diet is for users 18 years of age and older. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated.
